Khai Canh is Miên’s first tasting menu of 2026. For Miên, it marks the beginning of a new year through the rhythm of the season, of ingredients, and of taste itself. From the day’s freshest produce, the menu moves from clarity and lightness, into depth and cohesion, before reaching a sense of fullness and gently closing with a soft, lingering finish.

Miên chose the name Khai Canh as an opening gesture for the year ahead — one of balance, abundance, and ease, where everything is given the time to come into its own.
